Lamplight

The brief

Self-initiated: I wanted a simple way to track a daily Bible-reading habit without downloading another bloated app that buries the one thing I actually needed under notifications, streak badges I didn't ask for, and a login screen.

The approach

Kept it to one screen. A reading plan, a visible streak counter, and just enough visual reward to make skipping a day feel like a loss — not just an unticked checkbox somewhere in a list.

What shipped

• A day-by-day reading plan view
• A streak counter that's the visual centre of the page, not a stat buried in a corner
• Local, private progress tracking — no account required
